Post-Reservation Emails

After reserving a class, clients will receive an email offering them the chance to connect with their community and inform the studio - and their instructors - about their fitness goals and preferences.

Winback Emails

Approximately 40 days after your studio activates the FitGrid Class App, clients who haven’t been to the studio in a while will receive an invitation to return and connect with the community through the social network FitGrid provides.

Opt-Out & Legal Details

Recipients can choose to opt-out of receiving these messages at any time. Emails addresses are from Mindbody. Messages will be sent out from the following address ( and we’re basing the right to send these emails on your consent.
