Sending FitGrid follow-ups is all about creating a lasting connection that helps keep clients coming back. By linking a social media account to your follow-up messages, you are able to promote your classes, announce schedule changes, and continue to inspire clients.

To edit your social media handle:

  • Start on the Home tab of your instructor app;
  • Click the Settings gear icon ⚙️in the upper right corner;
  • Select "Change Message Settings";
  • Then select "Edit Social Media Handle."

You may select one type of social media to link to your follow-up messages.

First, select the social networking site from the list (1). Next, you'll need to enter the unique part of your page's address so FitGrid knows exactly where you're telling clients to go (2). You can find this information by navigating to your social media page and examining the URL. Finally, click "Done" in the upper-right corner of the screen to save (3).

After this, your social media handle will appear at the bottom of your follow-up messages. That's all there is to it!
