Post-Booking Invitation Emails - starting 2 days after you activate

After reserving a class, clients will receive an email introducing the FitGrid Class App. We tweak this email periodically to optimize its performance. Right now, this email emphasizes connecting with their community and informing your studio and your instructors about their fitness goals and preferences.

Winback Emails - not currently enabled

Approximately 40 days after your studio activates the FitGrid Class App, clients who haven’t been to the studio in a while will receive an invitation to return and connect with the community through the social network FitGrid provides.

Recipients can choose to opt-out of receiving these messages at any time. Email addresses are from Mindbody. Messages will be sent out from the email address hello@fitgrid.com and we’re basing the right to send these emails on your consent.
