FitGrid LIVE only works with paid accounts–here's how to find out whether you're logged into paid or free

  1. Look under Account Type.

If this field says "Pro" or "Business" you're using a paid plan! You can integrate with FitGrid.

If this field says "Basic" you'll either need to upgrade or log into another Zoom account that is already on a paid plan.
