Benchmarking
The Benchmarking section of the report provides insights into how a particular instructor compares to the rest of instructors on staff according to: retention rate, return rate, average clients per class and follow-ups sent rate.
Retention Rate: The average percentage of clients who have visited an instructor's class 2x or more during a month
Return Rate: The percent of first time studio visitors with a particular instructor,who returned to any other instructor within the month
Average Clients Per Class: The average number of clients visiting a particular instructor during a specific day and time
Follow-up Sent Rate: Total number of follow up opportunities acted upon within the month
