Clients can respond to you, and they will. For security and privacy concerns, we'll route the message directly to you from <instructors@fitgrid.com>

Although messages originate in the app, client replies will end up in your regular email inbox. Typical responses from clients are positive and thankful.  If you receive a response from a client to your original message, you may reply to the message like a normal email.  The message will be forwarded back to the client through our system.
