New Client Engagement Segments in FitGrid Pro

You’ll see these updates in your Classes tab after tapping into one of your upcoming classes to view the class roster and attendance list. New indicators and engagement moments will now appear directly within the instructor roster experience.

Clients with Decreasing Frequency

Clients whose attendance is currently trending down now appear directly on the roster. This segment is powered by Client Engagement data and helps identify clients who may be losing consistency or becoming at-risk before they fully disengage.

Formula

Clients whose attendance frequency has dropped by more than 50% over the past 30 days compared to their prior attendance behavior.

Clients Reaching Class Milestones

New all-time class-count milestones now appear directly on the roster.

Included milestones:

  • 10 Classes

  • 25 Classes

  • 50 Classes

  • 100 Classes

  • 250 Classes

  • 500 Classes

  • 750 Classes

  • 1000 Classes

  • 1500 Classes

These moments help instructors recognize long-term consistency and celebrate client commitment live in studio.


Clients with Birthdays

Clients with birthdays now surface directly on the roster for the day of class.

This creates a lightweight recognition moment and makes it easier to acknowledge birthdays during class check-in.


Updates to Visit Count Indicators

Roster indicators now help identify:

  • 1st time to studio

  • 2nd time to studio

  • 1st time with you

Only one indicator appears per client, based on priority order.

These indicators help reduce guesswork and better identify new versus returning clients.
